What are your plans?

We offer two types of plans:

  • Free Plans: Available for both anonymous and registered users, free forever.
  • Premium Plans: Available for registered users, lasting either 6 months or a year. These are one-time purchases with no recurring payments.

How to buy a plan?

You need to Register to buy a plan.

  1. Visit the Pricing page to choose between a 6-month or a 1-year plan. All plans are non-recurring, meaning they will not continue beyond the billing period.
  2. After selecting the plan that suits you best, click the "Buy now" button.
  3. On the Checkout page select your preferred payment method (PayPal, digital currency - Bitcoin, USDT).
    Here you can also find the summary of your order.

If you wish to pay with Bitcoin:

  1. Use a Bitcoin calculator (e.g., CEX.io Bitcoin Calculator) to convert the price from USD to BTC.
  2. Transfer the calculated BTC amount to our Bitcoin address: bc1qqt97h6fx2k9rtq97f0s9lc4gvtnvcvy453k59q8um32kq4lsfkvqjq2zg3
  3. Send the following information to our email at info@skymem.com:
  • Your BTC address
  • The email address you used to register with Skymem
  • Product Name (eg. Subscription Starter)
  1. After we receive your email, log in and enjoy all your plan's benefits.

If you prefer to pay via USDT:

  1. Transfer the USDT amount to our USDT address: 0xa598653b14b425d592c85810e4b37cadc8c2dc20
  2. Send the following information to our email at info@skymem.com:
  • Your USDT address
  • The email address you used to register with Skymem
  • Product Name (eg. Subscription Starter)
  1. After we receive your email, log in and enjoy all your plan's benefits.

Please note: This USDT address is for Ethereum (ERC-20) deposits only. Do not send USDT from other chains, such as Binance Chain (BEP-2), or your deposit may be lost.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Absolutely!
For upgrading or downgrading between plans, contact our support team at info@skymem.com.

How do I know if my subscription plan is about to expire?

Skymem will notify you via email when your plan is nearing its expiration date.
This ensures that you have ample time to renew and avoid any service interruptions.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time.
Since our plans are for fixed periods of 6 months or 1 year and are non-recurring, canceling your plan will not result in a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Your account will continue to have access to all features of your current plan until the end of the subscription period.
After that, your plan will expire, and your account will either revert to a free plan or be deactivated, depending on your usage.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible:

  • Credit Cards and Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our eCommerce provider, PayPal.
  • PayPal: You can use your PayPal account for a secure and quick transaction.
  • Bank Wire Transfer: For larger transactions or corporate purchases, you can make payments via bank wire transfer. Please contact us at info@skymem.com for a proforma invoice.
  • Digital currency: We also accept Bitcoin, USDT for those who prefer to use cryptocurrency.

Understanding the Plan Features

Email Search enables you to discover email addresses by using any keyword or in the format of (first name, last name, domain name).

What is Demo data?

Demo data is designed to showcase how our search and list creation features work without exposing real email addresses and domains.
This means that the search results you see are not live or real-time data but are instead provided for demonstration purposes.
This approach allows users to experience and understand the functionality of our service without accessing actual user data.

What is Email List?

Create Email List involves building a list of email addresses using advanced filters on our database.

This feature indicates that there is no restriction on the number of email or domain searches you can perform, as well as on the number of email lists you can create, just keep the Fair Use Policy in mind.

What does "Size of each built email list" stand for?

The "Size of each built email list" represents the maximum number of email addresses in each created list.
This size also applies to the Email exclude list.

What is "Email exclude list"?

The "Email exclude list" is a list generated after applying an advanced filter on our database during an email search.
The results of this search don't contain the email addresses that were excluded or filtered out from the search results based on the specified criteria.

What is "Unlimited Email Verification"?

This feature indicates that there is no restriction on the number of Email Verification Lists you can verify, just keep the Fair Use Policy in mind.

What is "Size of each email verification list"?

The "Size of each email verification list" refers to the maximum number of email addresses that can be processed and verified within a single Email Verification List.
If you exceed this number, you will be notified.

Can I export my collected data from Skymem?

Yes, you can download all the data that you have used or created, e.g. verified email list or built email list, in CSV or TXT file format, in the size that was created in the system.
