What are your plans?

We offer the following plans and access passes:

• Free Plans: Available for both anonymous and registered users, free forever.
• Premium Plans: Available for registered users, recurring monthly/annual subscription.
• One-time Starter passes: Fixed access periods with one payment and no automatic renewal.

How to buy a subscriptionplan?

You need to Register to buy a plan.

1. Visit the Pricing page to choose a monthly or annual recurring subscription.
2. After selecting the plan that suits you best, click the "Buy now" button.
3. On the Checkout page select your preferred payment method .
   Here you can also find the summary of your order.

Can I use Skymem for one time only?

Yes. Choose a one-time Starter pass and click "Buy one-time access" for 1, 3, or 7 days, or 1, 3, 6, or 12 calendar months. Pay once for a fixed access period with no automatic renewal.

Use the same email address for your Skymem account and checkout. If you do not have an account, register; purchasing a pass does not automatically create one.

Activation is not instant. New access starts when you receive your activation email, which confirms the start and end dates. To extend an active one-time pass, buy another pass using the same email address; the additional period starts when your current access ends. Buying a pass does not cancel an existing subscription.

What payment methods are available?

For recurring subscriptions, the available payment methods are shown at checkout. Availability depends on factors such as your country, billing currency, subscription type, checkout provider, and whether a payment method supports recurring payments.

Depending on these factors, available options may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Cash App Pay, or supported bank debit methods such as ACH. Not every payment method is available in every country or for every subscription.

For larger business purchases, payment by bank wire transfer may be available by prior arrangement. To request a pro forma invoice, or to ask whether another payment method can be accommodated, contact us at info@skymem.com before sending payment.

One-time Starter access is payable only in USDC through Dodo Payments using Stripe Crypto. Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

When will my paid subscription be activated?

Paid subscription features are normally activated automatically after the checkout provider confirms that the payment has been completed successfully.

Card payments and other instant payment methods are usually confirmed shortly after checkout. Payment methods with delayed confirmation, manual payment reviews, and bank wire transfers can take longer. Access is activated only after payment confirmation.

For an arranged bank wire purchase, access is activated after the funds have been received and matched to the relevant pro forma invoice or payment reference.

If your payment has been confirmed but paid access is not available, contact info@skymem.com. Include the email address used for the purchase and your order, invoice, or transaction reference. Do not send your full payment card number or other sensitive payment information.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription anytime?

Absolutely!
For upgrading or downgrading between plans, and pause or cancel plan, manage it on your subscription page in your profile or contact our support team at info@skymem.com.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

One-time Starter access

Is one-time Starter access a subscription?

No. A one-time Starter pass is a single payment for a fixed access period. It does not renew automatically.

When does my access period start?

Your access starts when you receive your activation email, not when you complete checkout. Activation is not instant. The email will confirm your access start and end dates. If you purchase an extension while your one-time access is still active, the additional period starts when your current access ends. Monthly passes use calendar months.

What is the difference between one-time access and the Starter subscription?

One-time access is purchased for a fixed period and does not renew. The $29/month Starter subscription renews monthly for ongoing access.

What happens when my one-time access expires?

Your one-time Starter access is valid only for the selected period. It does not renew, and you will not be charged again for that pass.

Can I extend or upgrade my access?

To extend your access, buy another one-time Starter pass for the same or a different duration, using the same email address. If your current one-time access is still active, the additional period starts when it ends. Your activation email will confirm the dates. For a plan above Starter, contact us at info@skymem.com. Buying a one-time pass does not cancel an existing subscription.

Are one-time payments refundable?

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy in the Terms of Service for the applicable rules. For questions about a specific purchase, contact info@skymem.com. Mandatory rights under applicable law and the applicable merchant of record's refund procedures remain unaffected.

What is Email Search?

Email Search enables you to discover email addresses by using any keyword or in the format of (first name, last name, domain name).

What is Demo data?

Demo data is designed to showcase how our search and list creation features work without exposing real email addresses and domains.
This means that the search results you see are not live or real-time data but are instead provided for demonstration purposes.
This approach allows users to experience and understand the functionality of our service without accessing actual user data.

What is Email List?

Create Email List involves building a list of email addresses using advanced filters on our database.

What is "Unlimited Email Search"?

This feature indicates that there is no restriction on the number of email or domain searches you can perform, as well as on the number of email lists you can create, just keep the Fair Use Policy in mind.

What does "Number of emails per email list" stand for?

The "Number of emails per email list" represents the maximum number of email addresses you will get as a result in one created list.
This size also applies to the Email exclude list.

What is "Email exclude list"?

The "Email exclude list" is a list generated after applying an advanced filter on our database during an email search.
The results of this search don't contain the email addresses that were excluded or filtered out from the search results based on the specified criteria.

What is "Unlimited Email Verification"?

This feature indicates that there is no restriction on the number of Email Verification Lists you can verify, just keep the Fair Use Policy in mind.

What is "Number of emails per verification list"?

The "Number of emails per verification list" refers to the maximum number of email addresses you can insert to be verified at one time.
If you exceed this number, you will be notified.

Can I export my collected data from Skymem?

Yes, you can download all the data that you have used or created, e.g. verified email list or built email list, in CSV or TXT file format, in the size that was created in the system.
