Can I try it out for free?

Yes, you can verify a certain number of emails and get the results for free, depending on whether you have an account or not.
The number of email addresses you can verify is written on your profile page, and home page.

How is the price of the validated email list calculated?

The price remains the same until a certain number of emails are validated, after which it increases with the growing number of emails.

How to buy a subscription plan?

You need to register in order to buy a subscription plan.
You can choose between a 6-month or a 1-year plans, and they all are non-recurring, which means they will not continue beyond the billing period.
You can verify unlimited number of email lists in each plan.
The difference is in the number of emails for verification per list, and the maximum number of verification processes you can perform in parallel.
After you have chosen the plan that suits you best, click the buy button, and enjoy all of its benefits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, however, you can only cancel your one-year subscription plans. We will provide you with a refund equal to the price difference between the 6-month and one-year plans.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Absolutely! We want you to have the flexibility to adapt your subscription to your evolving requirements.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Changes will take effect immediately, and you'll be billed accordingly.
If you are downgrading from a one-year plan to a 6-month plan, we will provide you with a refund equal to the price difference between the 6-month and one-year plan.
This downgrade is possible provided you have been using our product for less than 6 months.
If you would like to upgrade from a 6-month plan to a one-year plan, all you have to do is pay the difference.
For upgrading or downgrading between plans of the same time period, contact our support team at info@skymem.com.

Can I share my subscription?

Our subscription plans are designed for individual use. Sharing accounts is not permitted under our terms of service.
Each subscription is intended for use by a single user, and account sharing may result in the suspension of your account.

Do you have credits which I would have to get in order to use your product?

No, our plans have clearly defined limits per email verification list, and the number of lists is unlimited in all plans.

How long does the process of validating a large amount of emails last?

The process duration can vary, typically ranging from a few minutes to a few hours, although providing an exact estimate is challenging.
It's best to try it yourself.

Can I export my collected data from Skymem?

Yes, you can download your verified email list in CSV file, or copy them to clipboard.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, through our eCommerce provider PayPal.
You can make payment via bank wire transfer, just contact us at info@skymem.com for proforma invoice.
We also accept Bitcoin.
