Getting Started

Welcome to Skymem!
This guide will help you quickly get started with finding and verifying email addresses.
Let's get you set up and searching in just a few easy steps.

Note: Anonymous users and registered users (without a subscription) performing an email search will access and work with demo data .

  1. Click on the Search button to begin finding email addresses
  2. Enter Search Criteria (choose one of these options):
  • Domain Name: Enter a specific domain you're looking for
    Example: Typing "example.com" will return email addresses like "contact@example.com", "support@example.com", etc.
  • Name and Domain: Input the full name and domain of the person you're looking for
    Example: Entering "john smith example.com" will focus the search on finding "john.smith@example.com" or similar addresses within the "example.com" domain
  • Name: Enter the first and last name of a person
    Example: Typing "john.smith" might return "john.smith@company.com" or similar variations under other domains
  • Full Email Address: Write a specific email address
    Example: Entering "john.smith@example.com" will check if this email address is in our database
  1. Perform the Search: Click the "Find Email Addresses" button to initiate the search

Step 2: Create Your First Email List

Note: Anonymous users and registered users (without a subscription) performing an email search will access and work with demo data .

  1. Click on Create Email List
  2. Enter the domains in the text box in any text format
  3. If you already have some emails from those domains, enter them in the Exclude emails text box
  4. If desired, change the name of the list
  5. Optionally, define the number of emails you want to retrieve per domain
  6. Click on the Create new email list button
  7. As a result you will get a list of all domains, and filtered emails for those domains

Step 3: Verify Emails

  1. Click on Verifier
  2. Enter an email address, or addresses and click "Verify Emails"
  3. After verification is completed you will get detailed results shown in a grid
  4. Click on the "Download" button to initiate the export process
  5. Save the exported file to your device

Step 4: Create Your Skymem Account

By creating an account, you are automatically assigned the Free plan , which you can retain forever.

Follow these steps to create an account:

  1. Open Register page
  2. Enter your email address, and a secure password
  3. Click on the "Register" button
  4. You will receive a confirmation email from Skymem
  5. Open the confirmation email and click on a provided link to verify your email address
