CASE: Get emails from specific domains based on a list of domains

Resources: The domains you want to receive emails from: example1.com, example2.com, example3.com

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to Create Email List
  2. In the first column select a condition: Domain
  3. In the 2nd column select the condition: Is
  4. In the text box write: example1.com, example2.com, example3.com
  5. Click "Create new email list" button

Results: As a result you will get a list of all domains, and filtered emails for those domains

  1. Go to Create Email List
  2. In the first column select a condition: Email Local Part
  3. In the 2nd column select the condition: Is not
  4. In the 3rd column write: help, support, info, admin, contact, sales
  5. Click "Create new email list" button

Results: As a result you will get a list of all domains, and filtered emails for those domains that are not role-based
eg. john.doe@example.com, jane-doe@example.br, john-doe@example.mx, ...
If you want to ensure that your created email list contains non-role-based emails, you can verify the emails you received with our Email Verifier.
One of the results after verification will indicate whether an email is role-based or not.

Here is the step-by-step guide on how to verify emails:

  1. Enter the email addresses in any text format into the text box here
  2. Click "Verify Emails" button
  3. Refresh the page for more information
  4. During the verification process, you will receive an approximate number of emails being verified
  5. When the verification process is completed, you will be able to see all the verified emails, and properties for each email address.

    You can also use the gird filters to sort the emails according to your needs.
